EVAAS Growth Identification Activity:

  1. Review the Teacher Diagnostic Reports for your LEA/School.
  2. On the EVAAS Growth Identification Table (at the link above), identify teachers who exceed expected growth for the highest, middle, or lowest thirds.
  3. Respond to the reflective questions to think about how to use this data to improve student performance.
  4. Prepare to share one of your ideas about using the data or an “a-ha” moment you have while reviewing this data.
